About

Nadya Polomoshnova's drawings centre on the natural world — dried leaves, flowers and trees chosen for their structural complexity rather than their colour. Working in graphite and ink on paper, she builds each image through careful observation and precise mark-making, entirely by hand.

The absence of colour is deliberate. In monochrome, form and texture become the subject — the curl of a dried petal, the geometry of a stem, the weight of a leaf caught mid-decay.
